Grupo Imagina es un grupo audiovisual español con un valor de mercado cercano a los EUR 2.000m, por lo que el valor de la transacción podría rondar los EUR 460m. El accionariado de Grupo Imagina lo forman en la actualidad la española Mediapro, con un 35%; la firma multinacional británica de comunicación WPP, con un 23%; otro 23% de Torreal; y por último, un 19% que se encuentra en manos del grupo mexicano Televisa (NYSE:TV). |
