A Thunnus Participações depois de suas sucessivas operações de aquisição de participação na Abril Educação deverá apresentar uma Oferta Pública de Aquisições (OPA) no prazo de até 30 dias após o fechamento da última operação (ver transação relacionada), para registro na Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM). A OPA Obrigatória será formulada pelo mesmo preço pago aos controladores por ações integrantes do bloco de controle, ou seja, ao preço de BRL 12,33 por ação ordinária de emissão da Companhia negociada sob o ticker “ABRE3”. |
