The third auction of the shares held by Ecopetrol (BVC:ECOPETROL; NYSE:EC; TSX:ECP), a Colombia-based state-owned oil company, in Interconexión Eléctrica - ISA (BVC:ISA) was deserted, announced Ecopetrol in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia on 14 September 2016. Ecopetrol put 16,630,446 shares for sale. The company still has the faculty to hold one additional auction. The third auction was announced on 9 September 2016 (see related intel). Interconexión Eléctrica - ISA, based in Medellin, is engaged in management, operation, and transport services in the power and telecoms industries in Chile, Brazil, Peru, Bolivia, and Panama.

La tercera subasta de las acciones que tiene Ecopetrol (BVC:ECOPETROL; NYSE:EC; TSX:ECP), petrolera estatal colombiana, en Interconexión Eléctrica - ISA (BVC:ISA) ha quedado desierta, ha anunciado Ecopetrol en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia el 14 de septiembre de 2016. Ecopetrol ha puesto a la venta 16.630.446. La empresa aún tiene la facultad para realizar una subasta adicional. La tercera subasta ha sido anunciada el 9 de septiembre de 2016 (ver intel relacionado). Interconexión Eléctrica - ISA, con sede en Medellín, es una empresa de servicios de administración, operación y transporte en mercados de energía eléctrica y de servicios de telecomunicaciones, en países como Chile, Brasil, Perú, Bolivia y Panamá. |
