Spain-based ThinkSmart could be preparing an Initial Public Offering on the Alternative Market (MAB), as published by newspaper Cinco Días on 28 September 2015, based on an interview with its founding partners Miguel Yacobi and Andrés Vera. The company intends to be listed on the continuous market before the end of 2015, through an initial public offering (IPO). The goal is to obtain financial muscle to access new markets and strengthen its commercial team and its technology.

La empresa española ThinkSmart se está preparando el proceso para comenzar a cotizar en el Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB), según ha señalado el diario Cinco Días en una información del 28 de septiembre de 2015, basada en una entrevista a sus socios fundadores, Miguel Yacobi y Andrés Vera. La compañía pretende saltar al mercado continuo antes de que finalice 2015 a través de una Oferta Pública de Suscripción (OPS). El objetivo es conseguir músculo financiero para poder acceder a nuevos mercados y seguir potenciando el equipo comercial y la tecnología. |
