Intel ID : 220280
Synopsis

According to Accival Banamex's analysts, the arrival of AT&T to the Mexican market through the acquisition of lusacell will complicate the sale of América Móvil's assets, since there will be less global companies wanting to compete with U.S. giant and Carlos Slim's company in Mexico.

According to analyst Julio Zamora, this transaction increases the challenges in the Mexican telecommunications market, and possibly intensify the competition with pressures regarding margins and capex, which would reduce the industry cash flow.
