Generalitat Valenciana, the city hall of the autonomous community of Valencia, through Sociedad Proyectos Temáticos de la Comunidad Valenciana (SPTCV), decided to put a land plot near Terra Mítica on the block, given it believes the current concessions are not profitable, reported El Mundo on 22 August 2016, citing company members. The companies that occupy the nine plots, which cover a total area of 2.700.000 m2, will have a pre-emptive right over the plots. The aim of the Generalitat is for the plots to be tendered before the end of the year.

La Generalitat Valenciana, a través de Sociedad Proyectos Temáticos de la Comunidad Valenciana (SPTCV), ha decidido poner a la venta un terreno cercano a Terra Mítica, ya que cree que las concesiones actuales no son rentables, según ha informado El Mundo el 22 de agosto de 2016, basándose en declaraciones de miembros de la compañía. Las empresas que ocupan las nueve parcelas, que suman una superficie de 2,7 millones de m2, tendrán derecho de tanteo. El objetivo de la Generalitat es que los terrenos salgan a licitación antes de que finalice el año. |
