Brazil-based Tenco Shopping Centers considers the acquisition of two malls, currently operational, located in the interior of Brazil. The investment could be between BRL 300m and BRL 400m. The company's president Eduardo Gribel, said to newspaper Editor La Monica on 18 May 2015, that it would also assess projects that do not operate as malls. In addition, the company plans to open another two malls this year and another two in 2016. The objective is to have 30 malls by 2017.

A companhia brasileira Tenco Shopping Centers sediada em Minas Gerais está avaliando a possiblidade de adquirir dois shoppings já em ativo, localizados em municípios do interior de Brasil. O investimento que seria destinado para realizar as compras estaria entre BRL 300m e BRL 400m. O presidente da empresa, Eduardo Gribel, declarou ao meio Editor La Monica no dia 18 de maio de 2015, que inclusive avaliaram também empreendimentos que não atuavam como shoppings. Além disso, a companhia pretende inaugurar mais dois shoppings este ano e outros dois em 2016. O objetivo é deter 30 shoppings em 2017. |
