Mexico-based television operator Televisa proposed, in a written, through a statement its intention to recruit the CEO of US-based television channel Discovery, David Zaslav, as its new chairman of the Board. Recruiting Discovery Communications's CEO will be submitted in a general meeting on 29 April, as well as appointing Jon Feltheimer new CEO of Lionsgate studio. In 2014, Televisa lost two members of the Board; entrepreneurs Claudio González and Germán Larrea, due to a possible conflict of interest with the company.

La televisora mexicana Televisa ha propuesto por escrito en un comunicado la intención de fichar al CEO de la televisora estadounidense Discovery David Zaslav como nuevo miembro de su Consejo de Administración. La candidatura del presidente y director general de Discovery Communications será presentada el próximo 29 de abril en asamblea, al igual que a Jon Feltheimer como nuevo Consejero al Director General del estudio Lionsgate. Televisa perdió en 2014 dos miembros de su consejo, los empresarios Claudio González y Germán Larrea, ante la posibilidad de conflictos de interés con la empresa. |
