Telefónica (BME:TEF), a Spain-based telecommunications company, may be interested in selling a 1% stake in China Unicom (SEHK:762) in a transaction worth around EUR 270m, reported El Economista on 7 November, 2016, citing a document sent by the company to regulator Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV). Last July, Telefónica International (a Telefónica subsidiary) already announced the sale of 1.51% of the China-based company (see related transaction) for approximately EUR 322m.

Telefónica (BME: TEF), empresa de telecomunicaciones española, podría estar interesada en desprenderse de su participación del 1% en China Unicom (SEHK: 762), operación con la que podría ingresar en torno a EUR 270m, según ha informado El Economista el 7 de noviembre de 2016, basándose en un documento remitido por la compañía a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV). El pasado mes de julio, Telefónica Internacional (filial de Telefónica) ya había anunciado la venta del 1,51% del capital social de la compañía china (ver transacción relacionada) por un importe aproximado de EUR 322m. |
