C&S Projetos e Mercado seeks, through its M&A Area, Investors in the form of Shareholding in the Telecommunications Sector - Internet, Phone and TV Service Providers - for investment in a company represented by it.

The company launched its first service in 2016 in a municipality with 26 thousand households (22,600 residences and 3,400 businesses and businesses) segmented into four geographic regions - in which infrastructure investments have already been made. The first area has more than 700 active plans in only 6 months of operational activity.

The next phase of the project is to continue the investments in the remaining three areas and to implement the 4G technology in the cities in which it has a concession to operate. The goal is to reach 24,583 plans (TV, Telephony, Fiber and 4G).

The following step is to expand and consolidate its position in the telecommunications sector in the interior of São Paulo, in cities with up to 100 thousand inhabitants.

A referida empresa lançou o seu primeiro serviço em 2016 em um município com 26 mil domicílios (sendo 22.600 residências e 3.400 comércios e empresas) segmentado em 4 regiões geográficas – em que já foram realizados os investimentos de infraestrutura. A primeira área conta com mais de 700 planos ativos em apenas 6 meses de atividade operacional.

A próxima fase do projeto consiste em dar continuidade aos investimentos nas três áreas restantes e na implantação da tecnologia 4G nas cidades nas quais possui outorga para operar. O objetivo é atingir 24.583 planos (TV, Telefonia, Fibra e 4G).

A etapa seguinte consiste em expandir e consolidar a sua posição no setor de telecomunicações no interior de São Paulo, em cidades com até 100 mil habitantes.
