Telcel, a Mexico City-based telecoms company and subsidiary of América Movil (BMV:AMX), signed an agreement with Movistar to provide the service of national roaming, reported CNN Expansión on 5 December 2016, citing a release issued by Telcel. Specifically, the agreement was approved as a result of a policy stipulated by the Federal Telecommunications Institute (IFT) and will allow the provision of the wholesale service of visiting user.

Telcel, empresa de telecomunicaciones con sede en la Ciudad de México y filial de América Móvil (BMV:AMX), ha firmado un acuerdo con Movistar con el objetivo de prestar el servicio de roaming nacional, según ha informado CNN Expansión el 5 de diciembre de 2016, citando un comunicado de Telcel. En concreto, el acuerdo se ha aprobado debido a las normativas estipuladas por el Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFT) y permitirá la prestación del servicio mayorista de usuario visitante. |
