Colombia-based Tecnoglass (NASDAQ: TGLS) announced its intention to start trading on the Bogotá Stock Exchange with same shares issued for Nasdaq in 2012, as published by newspaper Portafolio on 13 October 2015. In the notice submitted to Superintendencia Financiera, the company explained the objective is to have its shares available in a direct manner to the Colombian market, which means there will not be a new issuance.

La compañía colombiana Tecnoglass (NASDAQ: TGLS) ha anunciado que tiene intención de comenzar a cotizar en la Bolsa de Bogotá a través de las mismas acciones que emitió en el Nasdaq en 2012, según ha publicado el diario Portafolio el 13 de octubre de 2015. En el prospecto de emisión presentado ante la Superintendencia Financiera, la compañía ha explicado que el objetivo es que sus acciones estén disponibles de manera directa en el mercado colombiano, lo cual significa que no habrá nueva emisión. |
