A Taesa (BVMF: TAEE11; TAEE3; TAEE4 ), empresa com sede no Rio de Janeiro que atua no segmento de energia elétrica, está de olho em oportunidades de aquisições de ativos em transmissão, segundo publicou a Reuters no dia 13 de março de 2017, citando o Diretor Financeiro da Taesa, Marcus Pereira Aucélio. Segundo o Diretor, esse ativos podem incluir empreendimentos das espanholas Abengoa (BME:ABG) e Isolux, ou da estatal Eletrobras, que já anunciou um plano de desinvestimentos. E companhia também pretende participar no leilão para concessão de novas linhas de energia agendado pela Agência Nacional de Energia Elétrica (Aneel) para 24 de abril. |
