TSX Venture Exchange and Santiago Stock Exchange created Mercado Venture, in Chile, a stock market platform that will provide a new alternative to finance projects in early their development stages, as reported by newspaper Pulso on 5 May 2015. The objective is capital formation of companies in initial development stages, to provide opportunities for issuers to be listed on the Chilean and Canadian stock markets, and also in the new Mercado Venture. Initially, the investments will be for the mining industry and capital markets, and at a later stage for the electricity, petrochemical and gas industries.

TSX Venture Exchange y la Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago han creado Mercado Venture, en Chile, una plataforma bursátil que proveerá de una nueva alternativa de financiamiento a proyectos en etapa de desarrollo temprano, según ha informado el diario Pulso el 5 de mayo de 2015. El objetivo de esta plataforma es la formación de capital de las empresas en fase de desarrollo inicial, proveyendo además la oportunidad para los emisores de comenzar a listar en la bolsa chilena y canadiense y a la vez en el nuevo Mercado Venture. En una primera fase, las inversiones estarán canalizadas al sector de la minería y mercado de capitales, para pasar en una etapa más avanzada a la industria eléctrica, petroquímica y gasística. |
