TRX creates investment fund for US real estate market

Brazil-based TRX Holding Investimentos e Participações, through its US subsidiary, has just created an investment fund for US real estate market, as published by newspaper Valor Econômico on 11 May 2015. The fund focuses on private banking investors and heritage management firms based in the Cayman Islands. Its objective is to operate on the growing interest of Brazilians to diversify their applications. For this new fund, TRX Holding's President, Luiz Augusto do Amaral, said "we want to raise Brazilian investors' capital, and also of Latin Americans in the future."

A TRX Holding Investimentos e Participações, com sede em São Paulo, por meio do seu braço nos Estados Unidos, acaba de lançar um fundo de investimentos para o mercado imobiliário norte-americano, publicou o Valor Econômico em 11 de maio de 2015. O fundo, com foco em investidores de private banking e gestoras de patrimônio que estará sediado nas Ilhas Cayman, pretende atuar no interesse cada vez maior dos brasileiros em diversificar suas aplicações. Para esse novo fundo, o Presidente da TRX Holding, Luiz Augusto do Amaral, afirmou que "queremos levantar capital de investidores brasileiros, mas também latino-americanos no futuro". |
