TH Real Estate, an investment company, may have submitted a EUR 450m binding offer to acquire Diagonal Mar held by UK-based fund Northwood Investors, as published by newspaper Expansión on 14 June 2016. This would not be the only offer submitted, since TH Real Estate's proposal may have been received together with another two offers from other funds, whose identity were not disclosed. The candidates may acquire 60,400m2 in Diagonal Mar shopping center, out of total of 87,500m2.

TH Real Estate, compañía dedicada a la gestión de inversiones, podría haber presentado una oferta vinculante al fondo británico Northwood Investors de EUR 450m para adquirir Diagonal Mar, según ha informado el diario Expansión el 14 de junio de 2016. Ésta no sería la única oferta que se habría presentado, ya que la propuesta de TH Real Estate podría haber llegado acompañada de otras dos ofertas de fondos, cuyo nombre no ha trascendido. Las compañías interesadas podrían adquirir 60.400m2 del centro comercial Diagonal Mar, del total de 87.500m2. |
