La cafetería brasileña Suplicy Cafés, con sede en São Paulo, va a entrar en el mercado chileno y buscar un socio para llegar también al mercado estadounidense, según ha reportado Valor Econômico el 17 de agosto de 2015, citando al CEO de la empresa, Cristiano Almeida.

Según la noticia, la empresa quiere abrir 12 nuevas franquicias antes de que finalice 2015, y pretende crecer un 45% en dos años, llegando a las 70 tiendas antes de 2020.

La empresa, que ya tiene planeada su expansión en Brasil, abrirá antes de que finalice 2015 una tienda en Chile, y posiblemente otra en alguna ciudad de Florida (Estados Unidos). De acuerdo con Cristiano Almeida "En Chile podemos exportar café torrado y distribuir únicamente. Pero en Estado Unidos, como consecuencia de la distancia, tenemos que torrar el café en el propio país. Es por eso que estamos analizando los detalles y buscando socios".

De acordo com a notícia, a empresa quer abrir 12 novas franquias até o final de 2015 e crescer 45% em dois anos, chegando a 70 lojas até 2020.

A empresa, que já tem planejada sua expansão no Brasil, até o fim do ano abre uma loja no Chile, e possivelmente outra em alguma cidade da Flórida nos Estados Unidos. De acordo com o Executivo "No Chile podemos exportar o café torrado e só distribuir. Mas nos Estados Unidos, por causa da distância, teremos de torrar o café lá. Então estamos estudando os detalhes e buscando parceiros".
