Ncondezi Energy is in its final negotiations to sign a electricity sale agreement, which will be produced in thermal power station in Tete, Mozambique. The company informed it concluded the necessary steps to sign the agreement and the concession contract, and it is in its final stage. At the end of 2013, Ncondezi Energy, former Ncondezi Coal Company, announced that state-owned Electriciade de Moçambique has rights over a 5% stake in the vehicle that will build the thermal power station. In addition, Electriciadade de Moçambique will have an option to acquire another 10% of the capital at market price.

A Ncondezi Energy está na fase final das negociações para a assinatura de um acordo de venda da energia eléctrica a ser produzida numa central térmica a construir na província de Tete, Moçambique. A empresa informou ainda ter concluído todos os passos necessários para assinar o acordo de venda de energia bem como o relativo ao contracto de concessão, estando na fase final das negociações. No final de 2013, a Ncondezi Energy, antiga Ncondezi Coal Company, anunciou que a estatal Electricidade de Moçambique vai ter direito a uma participação inicial de 5% no veículo que irá construir a central e ficar com a opção de adquirir mais 10% a preços de mercado. |
