Según el principio de acuerdo alcanzado por las partes, Luis Pereira abonaría una cantidad en efectivo a José Fernández y se haría cargo de la deuda del club, que asciende a aproximadamente EUR 40m. Sin embargo, para poder entrar en negociaciones concretas, Luis Pereira debe negociar primero con la Agencia Tributaria el pago de parte de la deuda del club.
