El Gobierno de España quiere vender la participación del 50,25% que posee en la empresa Grupo Cesce antes de julio de 2015. El resto del accionariado lo componen Banco Santander (21,07%), BBVA (16,3%), y otros bancos.

Desde que en 2012 se anunciase la intención del Estado de desinvertir en esta entidad, son varias las compañías que han mostrado su interés en hacerse con su participación mayoritaria (ver radares relacionados)
