La empresa española Fiesta ha anunciado que entra en liquidación y que venderá sus activos. La valoración de la empresa es de EUR 18,7m, donde EUR 12m corresponden al negocio (marcas comerciales, productos y canales de venta) y EUR 6,7m a los activos inmobiliarios del grupo en Alcalá de Henares. El proceso de liquidación comenzará a finales de febrero o marzo de 2015, y se espera poder cerrar la operación antes de agosto del mismo año. |
