Soprole (BCS:SOPROLE) and Prolesur (BCS:LECHE DEL SUR), Santiago, Chile-based dairy producers, announced the appointment of Fabio Spinelli as board member in two filings published by Chilean regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros on 23 June, 2015. Spinelli will replace board member Kevin Murray, who submitted his resignation on 22 June. The companies also announced the resignation of Prolesur alternate board member, Juan Vial, and Soprole alternate board member, María Luisa Valdés.

Soprole (BCS:SOPROLE) y Prolesur (BCS:LECHE DEL SUR), productoras de lácteos con sede en Santiago de Chile, han anunciado la designación de Fabio Spinelli como director en dos hechos relevantes publicados por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 23 de junio de 2015. Spinelli reemplazará al director titular Kevin Murray, que presentó su renuncia el 22 de junio. Las empresas también comunicaron la renuncia del director suplente de Prolesur, Juan Vial, y de la directora suplente de Soprole, María Luisa Valdés. |
