The company's revenue grew 7.5% between October and December 2016, from BRL 86.5m to BRL 93ms. Same-store sales grew 0.5% in the period, with all segments reporting positive numbers.

A Sonae Sierra Brasil, empresa com sede em São Paulo, dedicada à construção e exploração de centros comerciais, registrou um lucro líquido de BRL 57,4m no quarto trimestre de 2016, revertendo o resultado negativo de BRL 13,5m obtido no mesmo trimestre de 2015, segundo publicou a empresa em Comunicado no dia 06 de março de 2017. Segundo a administração da Sonae Sierra, o quarto trimestre foi o melhor do ano para a empresa, tanto em termos operacionais quanto financeiros. A receita da empresa cresceu 7,5% entre outubro e dezembro de 2016, passando de BRL 86,5m para BRL 93ms. As vendas no conceito "mesmas lojas" cresceram 0,5% no período, com todos os segmentos reportando números positivos. |
