France-based Sodexo, engaged in food services and other services, and US-based FleetCor, a supplier of products and services specialized in payment methods, could be analyzing possible businesses with Embratec, as published by newspaper Estadão on 14 Ocotober 2015. Brazil-based Embratec specializes in management and maintenance of fleets of heavy and light vehicles, and owns an operator of benefits cards, Good Card, which manages meal-vouchers, gift-vouchers, and fuel-vouchers. The company's clients include Ambev, Casas Bahia and Gerdau. BTG Pactual was hired in the first semester as an advisor in this possible transaction.

A francesa Sodexo, que atua com de serviços de alimentação e gestão de outros serviços e facilidades, e a norte-americana FleetCor, fornecedora de produtos e serviços especializados para meios de pagamentos, estariam avaliando negócios com a Embratec, segundo publicou o Estadão no dia 14 de outubro de 2015. A brasileira Embratec atua no rastreamento e gerenciamento de frota de veículos leves e pesados, além de ser dona de uma operadora de cartão de benefícios, a Good Card, que administra vales-refeição, vales-presente e vales combustíveis. A companhia tem entre seus clientes Ambev, Casas Bahia e Gerdau. O BTG Pactual foi contratado no primeiro semestre para assessorar essa possível operação. |
