Sociedad de Inversiones Oro Blanco (BCS:ORO BLANCO), gestora de inversiones con sede en Santiago de Chile, ha comunicado la contratación de la entidad financiera Banco Itaú Argentina como asesor financiero en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 12 de noviembre de 2015. El banco se encargará de analizar las alternativas estratégicas relacionadas con sus acciones en la chilena Sociedad de Inversiones Pampa Calichera (BCS:CALICH) y para buscar terceros que pudieran estar interesados en la participación accionarial.
