During a meeting held on 12 May, the board appointed Aníbal Correa Ortuzar as vice-president; Alberto Chacon Oyanedel and Andrés Santa Cruz as independent directors; and Pablo Castillo Prado. At the same meeting, the board re-elected as president Daniel Mas Valdés.
