During a meeting held on 12 May, the board appointed Aníbal Correa Ortuzar as vice-president; Alberto Chacon Oyanedel and Andrés Santa Cruz as independent directors; and Pablo Castillo Prado. At the same meeting, the board re-elected as president Daniel Mas Valdés.

Sociedad de Inversiones Norte Sur, empresa dedicada a la inversión en proyectos empresariales con sede en Santiago de Chile, ha anunciado nuevos nombramientos en su directorio en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 12 de mayo de 2015. En sesión ordinaria de directorio del 12 de mayo, se eligió a Aníbal Correa Ortuzar como vicepresidente; a Alberto Chacon Oyanedel y Andrés Santa Cruz como independientes; y a Pablo Castillo Prado. También se reelegió como presidente a Daniel Mas Valdés. |
