La empresa petrolera alemana E.ON ha puesto a la venta su filial española, que opera en el mercado de la energía eléctrica, en una operación que podría suponer un importe total de EUR 3.000m. La transacción, que está siendo asesorada por Citibank, ya ha despertado el interés de varios inversores nacionales e internacionales, entre los que se encuentra la española Grupo Villar Mir, la portuguesa EDP - Energias de Portugal, los estadounidenses KKR, Riverstone, Blackstone y J.P. Morgan; y la canadiense Brookfield Asset Management.
