Segundo a notícia, o interesse em vender é consequência de desentendimentos familiares. Os empresários adquiriram a fatia da Selmi em 2005. A Selmi, fabricante de massas fundada em 1887, tem fábricas em Sumaré, no estado de São Paulo, e Londrina, no estado do Paraná. A empresa é dona da marca de macarrão Renata. |
