Scotiabank Chile, a Chile-based banking entity, announced board changes in a filing published by regulator Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros on 19 April, 2016. Specifically, the board appointed Guillermo Álvarez-Calderón and Eduardo Aninat as board members, replacing Carlos González and Vivianne Blanlot, who resigned. Scotiabank Chile, entidad bancaria chilena, ha anunciado cambios en su directorio en un hecho relevante publicado por la Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros el 19 de abril de 2016. En concreto, el directorio ha designado a Guillermo Álvarez-Calderón y Eduardo Aninat como directores titulares, en reemplazo de Carlos González y Vivianne Blanlot, que han renunciado. También ha designado a Manuel Vial como presidente del directorio, en reemplazo de James Meek, que se mantiene como director. Ávarez-Calderón también asume como vicepresidente del directorio. |
