Savills (LSE:SVS), a UK-based real estate advisory firm, announced the beginning of its operations in Colombia, as published by newspaper América Economía, on 11 May 2016. Specifically, the British firm in Bogotá announced that its CEO will be Borja Sierra, appointed to carry out the company's expansion in Latin America, in markets such as Chile, Peru, Argentina and Brazil. The company advises European funds, mainly German, in its investments in Mexico. It has also intervened in several transaction in the region from its headquarters in Mexico.

Savills (LSE:SVS), firma británica de asesoramiento inmobiliario, ha anunciado el inicio de sus operaciones en el mercado colombiano, según ha informado América Economía el 11 de mayo de 2016. En concreto, la embajada Británica en Bogotá ha anunciado que quien liderará la compañía en el país es Borja Sierra, nombrado como el encargado de expansión de la firma en Latinoamérica, en mercados como Chile, Perú, Argentina y Brasil. La compañía asesora a fondos europeos, principalmente alemanes, en sus inversiones en México. Ha intervenido en numerosas transacciones en la región desde su sede en México. |
