Sareb podría estar buscando algún promotor interesado en acabar una de las dos torres situada en Canet d'en Berenguer (Valencia), según ha informado el diario Expansión el 17 de junio de 2016.

En concreto, el inmueble, que posee el 50% con el Banco Sabadell (BME: SAB) tiene levantadas 14 de las 20 plantas previstas, y lleva 8 años abandonado.

Asimismo, Sareb tendría previsto vender el centro comercial Vilella en Alzira.
