Santiago Stock Exchange and Korea Exchange sign Memorandum of Understanding

The Santiago Stock Exchange (BCS) and the Korea Exchange (KRX) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to exchange general and market information, reported Diario Financiero on 20 October, 2015, citing BCS CEO, José Antonio Martínez. The bourses will not only collaborate with general and market information, but also agreed to help one another in joint projects regarding corporate announcements, operation and system revelations, and operation and system surveillance, amongst others. Martínez noted the memorandum allows the Santiago Stock Exchange to continue expanding its product offer in the domestic and international markets. The agreement will be valid for a two-year period.

La Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago (BCS) y la Korea Exchange (KRX) han firmado un memorando de entendimiento (MoU) para intercambiar información general y de mercado, ha publicado Diario FInanciero el 20 de octubre de 2015, citando al CEO de la BCS, José Antonio Martínez. Las bolsas no solo colaborarán con información general y de mercado, sino que también han acordado ayudarse en proyectos en conjunto, relacionados con anuncios corporativos, revelaciones de operaciones y sistemas, y vigilancia de operaciones y sistemas, entre otros. Martínez ha señalado que el memorando le permite a la Bolsa de Comercio de Santiago continuar expandiendo su oferta de productos en el mercado local e internacional. El acuerdo tendrá una validez de dos años. |
