Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo, Banco de Desarrollo de América Latina (CAF) and Banco Europeo de Inversiones will finance the expansion of water treatment plant capacity in Panama City, for USD 342.5m, as reported by Ministry of Health of Panama on 25 June 2015. The contract will include operation and maintenance for a 10-year period in the first and second module. In the first stage, a total of USD 90mm were invested, which should be concluded in 2017. The interested companies should submit their proposals on 11 September 2015.

El Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo, el Banco de Desarrollo de América Latina (CAF) y el Banco Europeo de Inversiones se encargarán de financiar el proyecto de ampliar la capacidad de la planta de tratamiento de aguas residuales de la ciudad de Panamá por un importe que ascendería a USD 342,5m, según un comunicado del Ministerio de Salud de Panamá el 25 de junio de 2015. El contrato incluirá también la operación y mantenimiento durante 10 años del primer y del segundo módulo. En la primera etapa se han invertido unos USD 900m y tiene previsto concluir en 2017. Las empresas interesadas en este contrato deberán presentar sus propuestas el 11 de septiembre de 2015. |
