La firma luxemburguesa Samsonite, dedicada a la fabricación y venta de maletas y productos de equipaje, está analizando la realización de adquisiciones estratégicas en México. Según el directivo de la compañía Ramesh Tainwala, no se han fijado fechas para la conclusión de un acuerdo, pero podría llevarse a cabo en los próximos meses. La compañía, que cotiza en la bolsa de Hong Kong, también está estudiando la realización de operaciones en Corea del Sur. Su objetivo es mejorar su posicionamiento internacional tanto en Asia como en América Latina. |
