A SIX Semicondutores busca sócios interessados em assumir parte da fatia do grupo EBX, no projeto de construção da fábrica de semicondutores. De acordo com o diretor do BNDES, que também detém participação na empresa, há conversas entre o banco e quatro ou cinco investidores e parceiros estratégicos com interesse no projeto. Atualmente, afirmou, o grupo EBX possui o controle e uma fatia de 33% da empresa. Parte do investimento referente à participação da companhia no projeto já teria sido aportada. O investimento total no projeto gira entre US$ 550 milhões a US$ 600 milhões. |
