Mexico's ministry of transport and communications (SCT) will re-launch the tender for the second level of La Raza-Indios Verdes-Santa Clara raised highway in January 2016, reported El Financiero on 22 November, 2015, citing SCT deputy secretary of infrastructure, Raúl Murrieta. Murrieta noted the ministry plans to modify the terms of the tender and re-launch the process in the beginning of 2016, after it was declared deserted on 13 November (see related intel). The official explained that the consortiums which submitted proposals wanted to make changes to the contracting model to get a higher return, so their bids were discarded.

La Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes (SCT) de México relanzará la licitación del segundo piso del viaducto La Raza-Indios Verdes-Santa Clara en enero de 2016, ha publicado El Financiero el 22 de noviembre de 2015, citando al subsecretario de Infraestructura de la SCT, Raúl Murrieta. Murrieta ha señalado que la secretaría planea modificar las bases de la licitación y relanzar el proceso a principios de 2016, tras haberla declarado desierta el 13 de noviembre (ver intel relacionado). El funcionario ha explicado que los consorcios que habían presentado propuestas querían hacer cambios al modelo de contratación para obtener un mayor retorno, por lo cual sus ofertas fueron desechadas. |
