Rumo Logística submitted an initial registration as a public held company to the Brazilian Securities Commission (CVM), without a request for public offering concomitant. The company requested category A, which authorizes trading of any kind of securities, including shares. Cosan, the controlling company, had already announced, in February, its intention to turn Rumo Logística into a public held company. Currently, Rumo is negotiating a merger with América Latina Logística (ALL).

A Rumo Logística entrou nesta quinta-feira, 3, com pedido de registro inicial de companhia aberta na Comissão de Valores Mobiliários (CVM), sem pedido de oferta pública de distribuição de valores mobiliários concomitante. A empresa pediu registro na categoria A, que autoriza a negociação de quaisquer valores mobiliários, inclusive ações. A Cosan, controladora da empresa, já havia anunciado em fevereiro sua intenção de abrir o capital de suas operações de logística. No momento, a Rumo negocia a incorporação da América Latina Logística (ALL). |
