Rostec's first objective is to open a Kalashnikov and Kamaz trucks production plant.

Rostec Corporation, compañía rusa fabricante del fusil Kalashnikov, está estudiando entrar en el mercado peruano con la misma estrategia que siguió con su incursión en Chile (Ver intel relacionado), mediante la búsqueda de nuevos negocios con el objetivo de diversificar su oferta de productos a raíz de las sanciones con que Occidente ha castigado a Rusia por su papel en la crisis de Ucrania, según ha informado Gestión en un artículo del 13 de mayo de 2015 basado en fuentes cercanas a la entidad rusa.
