Resonetics, a Nashua, US-based provider of laser micro manufacturing solutions for life sciences, medical device, and diagnostic industries, will open its first factory outside of the US in Costa Rica and it is expected to be completed in one month, reported El Financiero on 6 October 2016, citing Resonetics CEO Tom Burns. Burns noted the company chose Costa Rica for the opening given the country has become a global center of excellence for the manufacturing of medical devices. The factory is being built in the Parque Empresarial Zona Franca Coyol business park, in Alajuela.

Resonetics, fabricante de micro láseres para los sectores de ciencias de la vida, medicina y diágnostico con sede en Nashua, Estados Unidos, abrirá su primera fábrica fuera de su país en Costa Rica y se espera esté lista en un mes, ha publicado El Financiero el 6 de octubre de 2016, citando al CEO de Resonetics, Tom Burns. Burns ha señalado que la empresa ha elegido Costa Rica para esta apertura dado que el país se ha convertido en un centro global de excelencia para la fabricación de dispositivos médicos. La fábrica está siendo construida en el Parque Empresarial Zona Franca Coyol, en Alajuela. |
