La compañía española Repsol (BME: REP) llevará a cabo una desinversión en activos no estratégicos que le permitirá obtener EUR 6.200m, según ha comunicado la propia compañía en un hecho relevante remitido a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) el 15 de octubre de 2015. Esta desinversión forma parte del Plan Estratégico 2016-2020 de la compañía, que tiene dos de sus pilares en la reducción del volumen de inversión y en el incremento de la remuneración al accionista. |
