Repsol podría planear la compra de compañías en Estados Unidos para ampliar su área de exploración

Repsol se plantea entrar en Estados Unidos mediante la compra de alguna compañía o de algunos activos relacionados con las actividades de exploración y producción de hidrocarburos. Se barajan nombres como Marathon Oil, Pacific Rubiales o Sunridge Energy, entre otros. Para el asesoramiento en la búsqueda de estos objetivos, Repsol ha contratado a la financiera J.P. Morgan. Además, la petrolera española también podría estar interesada en la compra de algunos activos petroleros como los de Talisman Energy en Noruega o el pozo colombiano CP6, así como otros yacimientos en México. |
