Repsol (BME:REP), a Madrid-based oil company, may be planning to sell its subsidiary Repsol Comercial (Recosac), which operates service stations in Peru, reported Gestión on 17 August, 2015. Repsol scheduled a shareholders' assembly for 17 September to discuss a possible sale, the report stated. The raised funds would go towards modernizing Repsol's Peru-based oil refinery subsidiary Refinería La Pampilla, the direct holding company of Recosac, according to the report. The Spain-based oil company already tried to sell its Peru-based subsidiaries in January 2013, but cancelled the sale given it did not receive satisfactory bids.

Repsol (BME:REP), petrolera española, estaría planeando la venta de su filial Repsol Comercial (Recosac), operadora de estaciones de servicio en Perú, ha publicado Gestión el 17 de agosto de 2015. Según el artículo, Repsol ha convocado una junta de accionistas para el 17 de septiembre para analizar la posible venta. Los recursos obtenidos se destinarían a financiar la modernización de Refinería La Pampilla, filial peruana de Repsol y controladora directa de Recosac, según lo publicado. La petrolera española ya había puesto sus filiales peruanas a la venta en enero de 2013, pero la canceló por recibir ofertas poco satisfactorias. |
