The national hydrocarbons commission (CNH) of Mexico approved the request submitted by Pemex, Mexico's state-owned oil company, for the farmout of the Trion block, reported CNN Expansión on 23 June, 2016. The request submitted by Petróleos Mexicanos aims to execute a farmout agreement with a consortium which will win the tender process to be carried out for the exploration and extraction of hydrocarbons in the Trión block (see related intel). The block covers an area of 1,285 square kilometers and within those is Trión-1, which has an estimate of proved reserves of 482.3 million barrels of crude oil.

La Comisión Nacional de Hidrocarburos (CNH) de México ha aprobado la solicitud presentada por Pemex, petrolera estatal mexicana, con el objetivo de buscar un socio para migrar el campo asignado Trión, según ha informado CNN Expansión el 23 de junio de 2016. La solicitud que ha realizado Petróleos Mexicanos ha sido con el fin de celebrar una asociación con el consorcio que resulte ganador del proceso de licitación para llevar a cabo la exploración y extracción de hidrocarburos en la zona Trión (ver Intels relacionados) Estas asignaciones cubren un área de 1.285 km2 y dentro de éstas se encuentra el descubrimiento Trion-1, que tiene un estimado de reservas probadas de 482,3 millones de barriles de petróleo crudo. |
