Red Salud (SSE:RED), a Chile-based medical centers management company, announced the appointment of Alberto Etchegaray as its president in a filing with Chilean stock exchange Bolsa de Valores de Santiago published on 25 May, 2015. The company has also appointed Víctor Manuel Jarpa as vice-president and has announced the resignation of general director Kurt Reichhard.

Red Salud (SSE: RED), empresa chilena dedicada a la gestión de centros médicos, ha anunciado, a través de un hecho relevante publicado en la Bolsa de Valores de Santiago el 25 de mayo de 2015, el nombramiento de Alberto Etchegaray como nuevo presidente de la sociedad. De forma simultánea se ha nombrado a Víctor Manuel Jarpa como nuevo vicepresidente, y se ha reportado la renuncia de Kurt Reichhard de su puesto de director general. |
