Insurance company Realia could sell a 50% stake in CAI Seguros to financial group Ibercaja, as a consequence of the banking reorganization happening in Spain. Although this deal has not materialized, both parties could reach a definitive agreement in the next few months. Simultaneously, Realia could also carry out other acquisitions in the insurance market in other geographies, aiming to continue growing.

La aseguradora Realia podría venderle el 50% del accionariado que posee en CAI Seguros al grupo financiero Ibercaja, como resultado de la reordenación bancaria que se ha producido en España. Aunque la operación todavía no se ha materializado, ambas partes podrían alcanzar un acuerdo definitivo en los próximos meses. En paralelo, Realia también podría realizar adquisiciones dentro del mercado asegurador en otras geografías con el fin de crecer en el exterior. |
