RLH Properties, a US-based real estate manager, Marriott (NASDAQ:MAR), a US-based hotel chain operator, and Mundo Imperial, a Mexico-based hotel operator, are carrying out investments in the hotel and tourism sector in Mexico, reported Bolsamanía on 21 July 2016. Specifically, RLH Properties would use the funds raised in a primary subscription offering in the Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) for the acquisition of high-end hotels. Additionally, it is building the Hotel One&One Mandarina in the Nayarit Riviera and could carry out investments in the Four Seasons of Mexico City. Meanwhile, Marriott continues expanding its hotel portfolio in Mexico, where it already operates 38 properties, while Mundo Imperial is preparing various real estate projects in Acapulco, where it plans to invest USD 1bn between 2017 and 2022.

RLH Properties, gestora inmobiliaria estadounidense, Marriott (NASDAQ:MAR), cadena hotelera estadounidense, y Mundo Imperial, gestora hotelera mexicana, están llevando a cabo inversiones en el sector hotelero y de turismo mexicano, ha publicado Bolsamanía el 21 de julio de 2016. En concreto, RLH Properties destinaría recursos obtenidos en una oferta primaria de suscripción en la Bolsa Mexicana de Valores a la adquisición de hoteles en el segmento alto. Además, se encuentra construyendo el Hotel One&One Mandarina en la Riviera Nayarit y podría realizar inversiones en el Four Seasons de la Ciudad de México.
