Quantis decided to create an alliance with Hispasat to offer broadband service in North Africa, as reported by Hispasat through a press release on 2 March 2016. With this contract, Nortis, a Moroccan subsidiary of Quantis, will use the space capacity of Ka frequencies of satellite Hispasat 30W-6 until the end of its useful life, estimated at fifteen years, for approximately EUR 125m. In addition, the companies closed another agreement to provide maritime services, with Ku-band capacity through satellites Hispasat 300W-4 and Hispasat 30W-5.

Quantis ha decidido aliarse con Hispasat para poder dar servicio de banda ancha en el Norte de África, según ha señalado Hispasat en una nota de prensa del 2 de marzo de 2016. Con este contrato Nortis, filial marroquí de Quantis, usará la capacidad espacial de la banda de frecuencias Ka del satélite Hispasat 30W-6 hasta el final de su vida útil, estimada en quince años, por un importe cercano a los EUR 125m. Asimismo, ambas empresas han cerrado otro acuerdo para ofrecer servicios marítimos, gracias a la capacidad en banda Ku de los satélites Hispasat 30W-4 e Hispasat 30W-5. |
