Prosegur (BME:PSG), a Spain-based security services provider, plans to launch an Initial Public Offering (IPO) of its cash management business division, announced the company in a filing published by regulator Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) on 28 September 2016. Specifically, Prosegur is considering different growth alternatives, including a potential IPO in Spain of Prosegur Cash, the division of value logistics and cash management, possibly during 1H17. The security services company announced its decision is part of a strategic plan which includes an organizational restructuring to divide its business into three divisions: value logistics and cash management, security, and alarms.

Prosegur (BME: PSG), empresa española dedicada a la prestación de servicios de seguridad, planea lanzar una Oferta Pública Inicial (OPI) de su división de negocio de gestión de efectivo, según ha informado la propia compañía en un hecho relevante remitido a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) el 28 de septiembre de 2016. En concreto, Prosegur está considerando distintas alternativas de crecimiento, incluida una potencial salida a Bolsa en España de Prosegur Cash, la división de logística de valores y gestión de efectivo, posiblemente durante el primer semestre de 2017. La compañía de servicios de seguridad ha anunciado que esta decisión se enmarca en su plan estratégico, que contempla una reestructuación organizativa que separa su negocio en tres divisiones: logística de valores y gestión de efectivo, seguridad, y alarmas. |
