Prosegur (BME:PSG), a Spain-based security services provider, will request permission from its shareholders to launch an IPO of 49.99% of its cash management division, announced the company in a filing published by regulator Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) ON 31 October 2016. The IPO of Prosegur Cash would occur during 1H17 through an offer of sale or subscription of assets of the subsidiary, which could represent an amount exceeding 25% of the total value of the assets listed in the latest approved balance of Prosegur. The extraordinary general shareholders assembly will be held on 2 December.

Prosegur (BME: PSG), empresa española de servicios de seguridad, pedirá autorización a sus accionistas para sacar a Bolsa hasta el 49,99% de su división de gestión de efectivo, según ha informado la propia compañía en un hecho relevante remitido a la Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) el 31 de octubre de 2016. La salida a Bolsa de Prosegur Cash se produciría durante el primer semestre de 2017 mediante una oferta de venta y/o suscripción de acciones de la filial, lo que podría representar un importe superior al 25% del valor total de los activos que figuran en el último balance aprobado de Prosegur. La junta genera extraordinaria de accionistas se celebrará el próximo 2 de diciembre. |
