Promorent Socimi (BME: YPMR) the possibility of carrying out a capital increase through the integration of real estate assets from various groups, as reported by the company trhough a relevant fact submitted to the Alternative Stock Market (MAB) on 2 June 2016.

The negotiations focus primarily on identifying and evaluating property that will be part of the transaction, and also its structure and conditions, which will later be evaluated by relevant authorities tied to Promorent Socimi.

The purpose of this capital increase, is to increase the company's financial size, thus strengthening its competitive position in the market.

Promorent Socimi (BME: YPMR) está valorando la posibilidad de llevar a cabo una ampliación de capital mediante la incorporación de activos inmobiliarios procedentes de diversos grupos al patrimonio de la compañía, según ha informado la socimi en un hecho relevante remitido al Mercado Alternativo Bursátil (MAB) el 2 de junio de 2016.

Las conversaciones están centradas fundamentalmente en la identificación y valoración de los inmuebles, que formarían parte de la transacción, así como de la estructura y condiciones potenciales de la misma, que posteriormente deberían ser valoradas por los órganos pertinentes de Promorent Socimi.

El objeto de esta ampliación de capital sería la de incrementar el tamaño de balance de la Sociedad, fortaleciendo así la posición competitiva de la misma en el mercado.
